Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch your products within 48 hours of purchase and you will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched. If any of it items you ordered are not in stock, we will notify you within 24 hours with another option, if this does not work we will refund the product(s) not available.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for your package. If not please inform us if you would like it sent without signature required. You can track your order by entering the tracking number emailed to you in the dispatch email, into the courier's website.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. All orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday.
Delivery times are as follows:
North Island: Overnight but could take 2-3 days depending on courier.
South Island: Overnight but could take 2-4 days depending on courier.
Rural delivery: 1 day extra to the above times.
